Exchange & Refunds

  • We only accept exchanges if you have received an incorrect merchandise or defective merchandise.
  • Other circumstances (like measurement/color differences) will not be entertained. 
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be (1) bought directly from and (2) unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Do drop us an email at within 10 working days from the date the item is dispatched, if the above conditions have been met.
  • Do include in your email: (1) Reason for return, (2) Order number, (3) Pictures if applicable.
  • For defective/incorrect merchandise: We will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days.
  • For out of stock items: Full refund will be made within 3 working days!
Shipping for Refund/Exchange Items
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Trackable mode of shipping is definitely advised as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will only be processed if we receive your item!
